Choose Arrival and enter your flight arrival date and time, flight number, accommodation, passenger count and luggage. All transfer times are local Marrakech time. Use an email address you can access and a phone number with its country code.
The arrival flight number is required because we use it to follow your flight. Mention cabin bags, bulky items or a child-seat request in the optional notes so we can discuss the right vehicle and arrangements.
Meeting your driver
Your booking reference appears after the booking is saved. We will contact you with the pickup instructions and meeting point. Keep your reference and our WhatsApp number available while travelling.
If you cannot find your driver, contact MenaraGo on +212 694 322 177. Do not assume an unfamiliar person at the airport is your assigned driver; use the contact details shared for your transfer.
Delayed flights and payment
We monitor the flight number you provide and adjust pickup to your arrival. Let us know if your airline changes the flight number or arrival date.
The city-centre fare is €12 per private vehicle for 1–7 passengers in Guéliz and Medina, day or night. Outside this zone, a €3, €5 or €10 supplement applies depending on distance. Agree the total and payment currency before pickup, then pay cash directly to the driver at the end.
