Pre-launch information. Business identity, support contacts and final commercial terms must be completed before public bookings open.
Your booking
Your booking is recorded as soon as the form is successfully saved. Your booking reference appears on screen. WhatsApp is used to communicate about your transfer. The fixed price is €12 per transfer for the vehicle, for 1–7 passengers within the centre zone (Guéliz and Medina). The price is the same, day or night. Outside this zone, an additional charge may apply; we will tell you the amount when you book with us.
Payment and changes
Payment is at the end of the service. For airport arrival transfers, you can cancel until you board your flight to Marrakech; contact us with your booking reference before boarding. We track your flight, and you can also notify us of delays. Your driver will wait for your arrival. Accepted payment methods and currencies, and terms for airport departure transfers, will be communicated before your transfer.
What we store
We store the contact and trip details you submit, special requests, consent choice, booking reference and status. We also record page visits, language, country when available, and campaign tags to understand where bookings come from. Do not include passport details or sensitive medical information in special requests.
WhatsApp and email
If WhatsApp is connected, your booking details are included in the message opened on WhatsApp. You decide whether to send it. WhatsApp handles that interaction under its own privacy terms. Email delivery is not connected yet; saving a booking currently does not send an email.
Excursion offers
Excursion email consent is optional and unchecked by default. It is separate from handling your transfer. A working unsubscribe option and privacy contact must be connected before promotional emails are sent.
