MenaraGo focuses on private transfers between Marrakech Menara Airport and city hotels and riads. A fixed €12 per transfer for 1–7 passengers in the centre zone (Guéliz and Medina).

When do I pay?
At the end of your transfer, after reaching your destination.
Does the €12 fare cover all of Marrakech and the surrounding areas?
The fixed €12 fare covers a private transfer for 1–7 passengers within central Marrakech, including Guéliz and the Medina. The price is the same, day or night. For addresses outside this zone, a supplement of €3, €5 or €10 applies depending on distance. We’ll let you know the total price when you book with us.
Are last-minute bookings available?
You can book online, including for last-minute transfers. Your booking is saved immediately. Please provide your flight time and number accurately.
Where will I meet the driver?
We will confirm the exact meeting point and contact details after your booking. If you cannot find your driver, use the contact shared in your booking details.
Can the car reach my riad in the Medina?
Some Medina streets cannot be reached by car. We will agree the nearest accessible pickup or drop-off point before pickup.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and adjust your pickup to your arrival time, so your driver will be waiting when you arrive. Please provide the correct flight number, and feel free to let us know if your flight is delayed.
Until when can I cancel my airport pickup?
You can cancel your airport pickup up until you board your flight to Marrakech. Simply contact us before boarding and include your booking reference.
How do I pay?
Payment is at the end of the service. Accepted currencies and payment methods will be shared with you before pickup.
What happens after I book?
Your booking details are saved and your reference appears on screen. You can then choose Open WhatsApp to send us your trip details.
