Book a departure transfer from your hotel or riad to Marrakech Menara Airport. Choose the time you need the driver to collect you, rather than entering your flight departure time as the pickup time.

Follow your airline’s check-in and boarding guidance, and allow for travel, traffic and airport procedures. There is no single pickup time that is right for every flight and accommodation.
If you are unsure, contact us with your flight departure time and accommodation so we can discuss your pickup. All booking times are local Marrakech time.
What the departure form needs
Choose Departure and provide the transfer date, pickup time, hotel or riad, passenger count, luggage and contact details. The flight number is optional for departure bookings.
For a Medina riad, agree a pickup point that the car can reach. Mention cabin bags, bulky luggage or a child-seat request in the optional notes.
Fare and payment
A centre-zone departure transfer costs €12 per private vehicle for 1–7 passengers in Guéliz and Medina, day or night. Pay cash to the driver at the end. Agree your payment currency before pickup.
Addresses outside this zone have a €3, €5 or €10 supplement depending on distance. Contact MenaraGo to agree the total for your accommodation.
Booking both journeys or making changes
You can book your arrival and departure separately. Each transfer has its own reference, so keep both references if you book both journeys.
To update an existing transfer, use Change my booking and request the private link sent to the original booking email. The reference stays the same after the update. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need help or cancellation arrangements.
